The owner and operator of Smoke It Up Food Truck is Stanley K. Livingston. He's an accomplished Chef who graduated from one of top culinary institutions in the United States, Johnson & Wales University. With Stanley's strong passion for cooking it is evident throughout every dish he creates. Smoke It Up Food Truck promises you will taste the love, passion, and most importantly have a great experience when you use Smoke It Food Truck as your food vendor.  Smoke It Up Food Truck is all about tradition, smoking up some of the finest BBQ around and sticking to South Carolina's quality. And really, we'd have it no other way. As bonafide foodies, we're always expecting the next best thing, fusion foods and reinventions of authentic cuisine.
