Thank you for considering us for your event! We offer two delicious food truck catering options. Please review the details below to choose the best fit for your event.
General Info:
• Minimum of 100 guests required (plus tax).
• This price includes 2 hours of food service from our food truck.
• Events requiring more time can add additional service at $100 per extra hour.
• If your event has fewer than 100 guests, a $500 service fee will be added to cover operational costs.
• Provide tickets or coupons if you have concerns about individuals being served who should not be. (Optional)
Ø Option 1 – “Variety Lunch” Food Truck Experience
Includes a 1–2 hour serving window and the food truck service. Guests choose 1 entree from the attached rotating menu (variety offered to satisfy all tastes).
Add-ons:
• Beverages: Canned Soda & Water — +$1/person
• Dessert: Peach Cobbler — +$3/person

Guests receive a BBQ plate with a larger protein portion and two sides.

How to Book
1. Check Availability: Contact us with your event date.
2. Choose Your Option: Select Option 1 or Option 2 and confirm your guest count.
3. Secure Your Date: A 50% deposit is required to book your event.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 business days prior to the event.
5. Event Day: Guests will walk up to the food truck and place their orders at the window.
An invoice will be sent via email for payment processing.
